I bought the Turbo Tax Desktop 2024 Win with free download state but now it wants me to buy the download.

I purchased it for 70.00 I am trying to figure out how to get the free state download.

Where did you buy Deluxe? Some stores sell Deluxe without a free state for states that don’t have an income tax. Have you updated your program? Go up to Online - Check for updates. Updates usually come out on Thursdays. And see if there are any Windows updates that need installing. Then reboot your computer.
