    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried repeatedly and over multiple days and sessions to download a second state return. I continue to be told there is an error each time I attempt to do so.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can get to a place where I can choose the state and check an existing state and then I get an error message with instructions to try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is really frustrating. Any help or fixing this bug would be very much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you mean you mean that you need a program for second&lt;EM&gt; different&lt;/EM&gt; state --- not the state that you already downloaded?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am able to load the screen to add the second return but it continues to tell me to try again. I keep hoping it gets addressed in an update but it doesn't.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are using the web browser to download the second state return, do not open the download from the web browser. &amp;nbsp;Instead, close the browser once the download is complete, then open the file explorer and open the download from the downloads section. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same problem and called customer support.&amp;nbsp; I tried disabling my antivirus, my firewall, rebooting, clearing the cache, updating my profile in intuit and no dice.&amp;nbsp; I still get the same message about hitting a snag and trying again.&amp;nbsp; This is very upsetting.&amp;nbsp; The customer service person said she could not see my name in the contact information on my Intuit profile, but it was clear on my side.&amp;nbsp; So, if their system is not communicating, then they need to fix it.&amp;nbsp; I asked her to notify the IT team.&amp;nbsp; I hope she will.&amp;nbsp; She seemed reluctant to go that route though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
