I am having difficulty downloading a 2023 version of Turbo Tax. I got to a point where I was able to download the 2023 version but it was for Canada. I want the U.S. version. When I tried to switch to the U.S. version it kicked me out. C an someone tell me how to do this? I have a new computer with Windows 11 and no CD. My previous version was on a CD. Thanks.

To complete and file a 2023 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2023 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2023 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed using TurboTax.

Sounds like you bought from the Canada software site....and not the USA site.

Maybe, you can get a refund

...or maybe customer support can switch you (probably not. different pricing, and perhaps an entirely separate accounting system)
