cannot login through https://myturbotax.intuit.com/, but can login through https://accounts.intuit.com/

I have an old turbotax account, now

with the same passwardor phone number, or email.

The problem is sometimes, the turbotax desktop only uses the https://myturbotax.intuit.com/ to login, and I locked out.

I create a new account, and it can both login from https://myturbotax.intuit.com/ and https://accounts.intuit.com/ without any problem.
