      <description>&lt;P&gt;No. &amp;nbsp; There is no additional fee to e-file when you use online TurboTax. &amp;nbsp;The fee is for using the sofware to prepare your return, and is the same whether you e-file or mail the return in an envelope. &amp;nbsp; If you choose to file by mail--YOU have to print it, sign and date it in ink, and mail it yourself.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you use the desktop download, there is an extra state e-file fee of $20--which increases to $25 after March 1. &amp;nbsp;You can avoid the state e-file fee if you print and mail the state.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
