Turbotax did not run on my brand new machine. I have AVG antivirus on my computer. It cannot run even I run it as adminstator level.

Did it at least download? Is your computer in S mode? You might need to switch out of S mode. See this Windows FAQ. The second item is how to switch out.

No. My new window 11 is not run under s mod. I removed my AVG antivirus and disabled the window defender. Downloaded the turbo tax and installed fine. When it ran, the splash screen pop up and nothing happened after. My computer is Dell XPS 8960. From my research, looked like it could not connect to the TurboTax site for activation step. Please help.

After I run the TurboTax, i only saw the splash screen. I did not see the page where I should ask for my activation code. The program just quit.
