My 2023 Tax Return Documents are not in my account.

I had Turbotax assist with tax prep for 2023. I see my documents that I uploaded, but not the final documents showing that the return was filed. Can someone please assist?

You might be in the wrong account. That is common.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

I would agree with that, except that all the documents that I uploaded to the tax prep guy that I was working with are in there. I didn't upload those into a different account.

One thing to note,

Is that the uploaded documents may be in the "Documents" selection on the left-side menu of teh "Online" software.

BUT

Your prior year tax file itself (2023 in this case) may be accessed, by clicking on "Tax Home" on the left side, Then scrolling down the main page window and expanding the section called "Your tax returns & documents." then opening the 2023 tab.
