1099-R Online Entry-- Why does it say " NEEDS REVIEW" After I already put in the various box entries in my 1099-R

Using Turbotax ONLINE ---Why do I keep getting the Message "NEEDS REVIEW" after I Enter the 1099-R . I have tried numerous Times to enter the 1099-R data which is from a RMD on a Traditional IRA but I always SEE "NEEDS REVIEW" After its entered. Please Help -- IS this 1099-R functioning correctly now ( 1-10-2025) on Turbotax Online Premium or is it not yet functioning and this is why it always says "NEEDS REVIEW" ?

It might be that not all the forms in your return have been finalized yet.
