Turbotax cant stop telling lies.

So with the knowledge that my tax forms are not filed with the irs yet. Knowing they sit in turbotax servers..I can not find 1 of the 35 I've spoken with. That will just tell me the irs doesn't have possession of them yet. Can anyone rationalize why these turbotax employees keep feeding lies to me.

ACCEPTED means the tax return has moved from your hands into the hands of the IRS.

PENDING means waiting for IRS acknowledgement.

For best results, SUBMIT in mid-February, not early January.

Thats something I figured out on the phone eith the irs. But should have been something that the tax expert explained.
