      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same issue.&amp;nbsp; TurboTax was connected to the Intenret when I first installed and activated it.&amp;nbsp; Today I alllowed it to install an update and now I get the "not connected to the Internet" message even though I have explicitly allowed TurboTax through the Windows Defender Firewall.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;How do we resolve this issue???&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just found the answer in another thread - you must run TurboTax "As an administrator".&amp;nbsp; Right click the TurboTax icon on your desktop or start menu and choose "Run as an administrator".&amp;nbsp; Enter your WIndows Administrator password or PIN and TurboTax should start (it did for me).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It gave me a popup to add product code. I entered the product code from my Amazon order&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After that I launched the Turbox and it fetched the license from my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;May be it is looking for product code to exist on your account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
