    <description>&lt;P&gt;I too, receive the same message as others during 'Activation,' 'You're not connected to the Internet.'&amp;nbsp; I added TT to my Norton 360 'App permissions,' I rebooted my PC as instructed, reloaded the TT software at the 'Repair~Reinstall' option, but repeatedly receive the same error message.&amp;nbsp; I purchased the license code at Costco, my fiber internet is working properly at 553.68 Mbps DOWNLOAD and 490.31 Mbps UPLOAD, and I am using 'Malwarebytes Service.'&amp;nbsp; I have yet to enter my license code -- I haven't yet progressed to that stage.&amp;nbsp; What is my next step to complete 'Activation?'&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5649339"&gt;@Gatekeeper654TT&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In other threads, folks have found out that there IS a problem with the TTX servers for the activation code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some got thru later some haven't....could be spotty until that server is fully fixed....but it is being worked on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should be fixed by tomorrow, so wait until then to try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having problem activating my Turbotax premier which I purchased from Costco. It is asking me for intuit login and password but I am unable to move forward with activation as it stuck in a loop and kept asking me for my intuit login and password and never logged in for activation. Please advise&lt;/P&gt;</description>
