Purchased on amazon today, 10 Jan 25. It downloaded, but will not activate. goes to a screen saying the internet is not available, and or that my antivirus software fire wall is not allowing it to go. Not able to get to a screen to give the software key code!!

Same issue - still unresolved for me.

Mac or PC? Which OS are you running?

There was a known intermittent connectivity issue around 1/10/25 that has been solved.

Another user was having a similar issue and successfully resolved it by creating a new user on their Mac. They then did the installation through that new user.

Please let us know if you are able to solve the problem with this suggestion or if you are still experiencing the issue. If you could not solve it, please share more information about your operating system and version.
