Activation Downloaded 2024

Downloaded TT Home and Business 2024.

Cannot get past Activation page, which is blank. "Not connected to Internet". Not true.

Turned off all my antiviral programs. Still cannot activate.

Blank screen. Not allowed me to enter Activation Code. Tried launching from TT2024 icon on deskop. Get error message "not connected to internet". Not true. In parallel, I can open and navigate Chrome and Edge. Found another community message stating "try Settings, Compatibility, "Run as Administrator". Did not resolve the issue. Not able to activate the software. Been on hold 1-800-446-8848 for over hour. Do not see any way to start a chat session. I am not able to activate 2024 TT Premier. Used desktop CD for years without issue. Cannot get download to activate

Same issue here across 2 machines. Looks like Intuit issue

Yeah I'm having same issue. Looks like multiple people on Reddit having same issue. Hopefully it's just an Intuit internet issue and will be resolved by this evening or tomorrow. I'm going to give it a break for a few hours and try again.

I was successfully able to activate TurboTax 2024 Premier download at 6:20 PM ET. Issue resolved

Thanks to all for sharing our frustrations re TT activation. Was also able to activate in the evening.
Just wish the techs at TT would chime in when so many users are having the same issue.
