The results keep saying yes as long as I am under the income threshold. My income is under 16k annual. But when I do a mockup return, no EITC is offered and it says $0 refund. A few years ago, I received the EITC and got $832 refund. Nothing has changed on my end except a couple meager cost of living increases. I was hoping to ask a Turbotax agent, but I guess they don't do that anymore for us poor free customers. I really hope it was user error and I really do get EITC for my 2024 return.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Any informed advice will be greatly appreciated.
