As a longtime user, this year I am very frustrated that the software has bugs as currently released and there is no ventral place to provide feedback or alerts on problem areas. Also I dont know wht Intuit was thinking about with new help center but it is s step back Some items as examples

- In Software, there is a help center, but no place to enter by the search bar a topic. Without this the new Generative AI window just spits out gibberish.

- No place to alert on bugs in software. Example in only using ten minutes I found that you cannout manually enter property tax on your primary home even through the home and mortgage info is completed A doom loop exits at the update tab. This has been noted in other posts but I dont see a solution Spent 20 minutes with a tech and no solution Must be a direct way to get feedback and give feedback when something is not working on the softwqare package

Going to the tax community starts with a screen geared for a person jsut starting online. If you have purchased a desktop product there must be a better tntry point. Info in the community is helpful but some of this content in articles needs to be in the help center

Turbor tax help center in the software doe not work. Pulls up a generative AI window, but there is not a way to type anything from a user perspective That space does not exist or is not working

You may need to clear your Cache and Cookies and try again.

When I open TurboTax Online, and go to HELP and type in 'Property Tax', I get an option to 'Add Edit Property Tax Info' and can jump right into that section.

For Search. When you click on Search in the upper right and the AI Turbo Tax Help box opens you type at the bottom of the box like a chat. Here's a screen shot of where to enter a 1095-A for health insurance. You would type on the very bottom line where the > send arrow is (then my 1095-a shows up in the black box like a chat or message)

Very accurate description.

I have been dealing with TT bugs since Feb 8. Tiday there was an update which now I am forced to file an ammendment due me to following a TT "experts" recommendation dealing with RMDs.

This is last time pay turbo tax. Paid H and R to do 2024 returns and turbo tax . Turbo tax unusable.

Looked for how to refund as some forms that I did not.request or review were included and no state refund. Our tax is simple and got the state refund and the federal. Spent the difference in paying both to do 2024 taxes. So will always say NO to turbo tax from now on.

I have used TT for many years, but this is the last time.

I followed a TT “Expert’s” advice on RMDs, and now have to submit an amendment to my tax return. When I pointed this out to another TT “Expert,” the response was “YOU SUBMITTED THE NUMBERS” therefore not our(TT’s) problem.
