Change license from Mac to PC

I purchased TURBOTAX DESKTOP ADVANTAGE PREMIER TAX YEAR 2024 MAC only to find out that the version of MacOS isn't supported. I haven't downloaded/installed the software yet. How do I change the license from Mac to PC/Windows? Looks like I need to run it only laptop unless I want to buy a new MacBook.

I know after you install it once you can download the other one. But if you haven’t installed it or added it to your account you should call support to get the other download.
