Can I import my Windows desktop 2023 tax return into the online 2024 version?

I have used TurboTax for Windows for several years. Downloaded the 2024 H&B version to my PC but it will not install on Windows 11. Tried all the recommended remedies (run as administrator, compatibility with prior Windows version) but it will not install. Willing to try the online version, but need to start with my 2023 return.

Most of the problems installing Desktop, have been with computers not having the latest versions of Microsoft Visual C++.
