      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Answer was helpful to finding where to access previous year software but when I enter licence code, I get this message...&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;'Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again.'&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This had happened several times now. Not sure what to do next.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
