Why is Washington not on this list for 2024?

Important: You don't need a nonresident state return if you made money in Alaska, Nevada, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, or Wyoming.

Not sure what list you are looking at since we cannot see your screen, but WA has no state income tax so it will not be on certain drop down lists.

If that "important:" note is from the program it needs to be reported to the Mods.

Sorry, incorrectly assumed adding the text would be enough. This is about earning in other states. WA has no income tax therefore should be included in the list. I am wondering why it is not.

For that matter, Florida also has no income tax but is not on the list either.
