can't enter property tax payments!

When I try to enter my property tax payments, TurboTax offers me the options:

"Skip for now" or a pencil icon "Enter info".

If I choose the "Enter info", it immediately returns to the Deductions and Credits level.

I can't enter anything.

Fix this please!

Which TurboTax program are you using? The desktop editions installed on your personal computer or the online web-based editions?

If you are using the TurboTax desktop editions for Windows, then you need to be running the program as an administrator. Save your tax return and close the program. Right click on on the TurboTax icon and click on Run as administrator. Start the TurboTax program and see if the problem persists.

In addition to what DoninGA said, if you are using the desktop TurboTax software, make sure you have installed the most recent updates.
