Which TurboTax program are you using, the TurboTax desktop software installed on a personal computer to the TurboTax online web-based editions?

What exactly do you mean "I have to payment for the return"?

@meaganrosa40 , you have tell more about where you are having trouble, because we cannot see your screen.

Are you preparing a return for 2024 or the past year ( 2023) ? Is your issue with the federal or State return ( which state ) ? Are you preparing with on-line ( 2024 I don't think is available yet ) or downloaded windows version of TurboTax ?

Are you saying that TurboTax is telling you money to the IRS, or to the state or are you talking about fee to transmit the return ( I think the 2023 is already shut down ).

As you can see , there are lot of unknowns -- please tell us more about the situation.
