Yes, but for download only. No cd.

unfortunately it doesn't allow you to estimate or input some preliminary data - which makes it worthless for deciding on year end withdrawals

so I guess I just spent $70 for something I could get when its complete for for $49

A lot of the sections aren't ready yet. There will be many many updates to come. But you can enter your 1099R or other 1099/W2 forms using the Forms Mode. And then when the program is updated you should delete the forms and enter them using the interview step by step method.
