Hi, I lived in NYC for only 2 months of the year and spent the next 10 months in Syracuse. My job is located in Yonkers. However I didn't change my residence with my job when I moved so I still have NYC taxes deductions. Now I want to claim for a refund since I did not practically spend the 184 days in NYC. The only proof I have is my car registration and bank statement since I didn't consider it relavmt to change my driver's ID. Do I have a case to procure my tye NYC refund? Thanks.
