Copy Of 2021 TX Premier for Mac

I purchased the Windows 20121 Premier version from Amazon to do my taxes. However I no longer use Windows but a new Mac and would like to open the file to create a PDF for my records. Unfortunately Amazon does not have a Mac version that I can download for that year.

Is there any way to get a copy? I do have the product key for windows.

Go to this TurboTax website to sign onto your Intuit account for Desktop - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/

Click the link on the Intuit Account website for accessing Licenses and Downloads for the tax year purchased. On the following screen for changing your operating system, click on blue highlighted link enter your license code here

Thanks for that link. Unfortunately the 2021 purchase is not showing on the account page. The 2022 and 2023 are there however.

It was an Amazon purchase, like the 2022 and 2023 versions that are showing.

Is there any way to get it on the list? I do have the key code from the Amazon purchase.

The Amazon purchase should show up on the list of your purchases. How long ago did you purchase the 2021 software from Amazon? There may be delay before it shows up on your Intuit account.

You can also contact TurboTax support for assistance since you do have the license code. They may be able to push the Mac installation file to your account.

I have never tried this but you may be able to get the Mac download even if the 2021 purchase is not showing on your account.

Click on enter your license code here when on either the 2022 or 2023 purchase. On the pop up window enter the 2021 license code and select Mac as your OS and see what happens.

The SW was purchased in 2021 for the 2021 tax season so it should be there by now. LOL
