Already purchased the 2024 product but it's not available for download, HELP?

This is ridiculous....Credit card charged for 2024 TurboTax but no info about product delivery and now it's not available for download....also, no reasonable way to contact Intuit for help.

There is no "delivery" of a plastic CD this year. They are not using CD's now. The desktop software is ONLY installed via download.

How do I download my software from TurboTax.com?

For TurboTax Download purchases, once you’ve received an order confirmation for your purchase, follow these instructions to download your TurboTax software:

Go to Access my downloads and sign in with the same user ID you used to purchase your software
On Your TurboTax account, select the Downloads tab
Select the version you want to download and save it somewhere on your computer where you can find it

If you need help finding your download, we have instructions for Windows and Mac

Install your software by double-clicking the downloaded file

When you purchased the TurboTax 2024 software from Amazon you should have also received a license code for the software. If you have the license code then go to this TurboTax website to download the software - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/install-turbotax/

went to the turbo tax download site and won't come up because they say it's taking too long to download. What do I do now?

Thanks for the URL link to download Turbotax SW, DoninGA. It would be really helpful if the download link on Amazon worked! ... but it doesn't. I obtained the 16 character SW key from my Amazon invoice details. Went to Download & Install TurboTax® Desktop 2024-2025 , downloaded Intuit Turbotax 2024 Premier to my PC. It was located in my PC's "Downloads" folder called "Windows_PC_Turbotax_Download". Double-left-clicked on the file and proceeded to install the TurboTax SW. Note: If you're new to Intuit, you'll have to setup an account with Intuit before you're able to activate the SW using the 16 character SW key. For Anton515, you need to be connected to a high speed WiFi router to download the SW because it's file size is ~400MB. That's probably why the download started to "spin". Amazon really needs to provide better guidance on how to download & install SW purchased via Amazon, plus a URL link that works properly.

I have the same problem. I bought from staples and started product installation. The UI was clearly different. I just thought Intuit had changed it. I didn't realize i was starting o/l version until I tried to save locally to complete it later. I need to switch. Help please.

If you filed with TurboTax Online, here's How to Find My Return after Efiling or Printing.

If you've already Efiled, and need to Amend Your Return to make changes, wait until you receive your Refund. Amendments for 2024 are not being processed yet, so you can't Amend right now. Amendments won't go back and change your original return, they are processed separately and may take several weeks to process.

Where did you purchase your 2024 TurboTax from? If from a vendor, you should get a link to download/install from them (email/receipt?).

If from TurboTax, check your Downloads folder on your computer. It may be there.

Any suggestions? I have a licence key but I cannot actually download the software.

@VolvoGirl Thanks for the reply. When I click on the link you provided, it says to go to InstallTurboTax.com to download the software. When I click this link it forwards me to this URL: https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/install-turbotax/. This page never loads. A circle spins for a bit then it stops. I've tried closing my browser, restarting, etc. No luck.
