No longer have access to old phone number but need it to update

I'm trying to update my phone number to my new one but it wants me to provide the code sent to the old number. Problem is I no longer have access to that phone number to receive the code. How can I update it to my new one without needing the old number?

To change my phone number, it requires me to submit a code sent to the old number. I do not have access to that number any more so I can't update my phone number at all unless there is a workaround.

When you go to your Intuit Account and select Sign In & Security, you have to click on Phone. When the window pops up showing your phone number and the option to select either text or voice messages, your current phone number is shown at the top of the window. Click on the blue Change link to the right of your current phone number to change your phone number.
