If anyone is using TurboTax this year for preplanning, save your money. The program is not updated and won’t be until January 2025. What a waste!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The post says, preplanning, not filing. One needs to be sure they have enough taxes withheld before December 31, 2024 to avoid any penalties.

To plan for the next year like 2024 you should use the 2023 Desktop program. It has a What-If worksheet and you can save your 2023 return with another name to test in.
