Turbo Tax Not Updating ERROR 404

Turbo Tax Not Updating within the program. I have a new Dell computer with windows 11. My internet connection is 1 gig. Installed Turbo Tax Deluxe which installed ok. When I opened the program the auto update portion of the software gave me an error window which was Error 404 unable to connect to server. Have discussed with Turbo Tax phone agents and they were unable to fix. The Techs had me reload the software reboot, Delete my history and cookies. The error message still is happening. I believe that the URL that is in the program being sent to the server is incorrect. Only Intuit can fix that. Intuit please provide and update to fix this issue.

May if TT would answer the question there would be no need to post twice. As far as I can tell TT has been silent on this issue--not even acknowledging that it is an issue.

That's not quite right. TT reps will often post here, and on tech trouble issues (like this one) TT reps will post updates on a fix. That's why it's been frustrating to see this issue ignored.

Thank you for the Customer Service number. I have already called them and completed all the steps that customer service asked me to perform. I also received an e-mail today from Turbo Tax Intuit asking me to perform the same steps that customer service requested. The intuit e-mail also said that the 2024 software is new and that their will probably be an update in the future for the fix. It seems like other Turbo Tax years also had the same problem. I was using HR Block software and had no issues. Wanted to give Turbo Tax a try since I also use Quicken which is a great product. We can only hope the Intuit will provide an update to fix the problem.

Thank you Intuit for fixing the TurboTax 2024 update 404 error. I opened up the software and uploaded a new update refreshing the software. The TurboTax 2024 software is updating properly with no Error 404. For those of you who had that problem, I suggest opening and updating your software.
