Which turbotax 2024 version do I need to file a K-1

I no longer have a business, so I don't believe I need Home and Business anymore.

Will Deluxe or Premier allow me to file:

a K-1 I received from a Trust
Stocks I sold (on Schedule D)

EVERY version of the desktop download includes ALL the same forms and ALL the same schedules. You just get some extra help with Premier or Home and Business. That is not true, however, if you use online software. If you are using online, and need to prepare a Schedule D, you need Premium.

So the TurboTax Deluxe I downloaded from Amazon yesterday will be able to handle the airbnb 1099-k for the 1 week income from airbnb. I only have a 1 week timeshare every other year.

Yes. All the Desktop programs have the same forms. You just get more help in the higher versions. If you use the Online browser version you would need Premium. Online doesn't open until later in December.
