Hello:

I used TurboTax Live Full Service and TurboTax Full Service CA 2023 and it seems the accountant I used through your service erroneously claimed my son on my state taxes. As I told her when I spoke with her online, that my son's father and I alternate the years we claim our son. She correctly did not claim my son on my federal taxes, but it turns out that she did on my state. My son's father has now received a letter from the state of CA saying we double claimed our son. This violates the "Tax Return Lifetime Guarantee
