&lt;P&gt;The&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 (TCJA)&amp;nbsp; suspended unreimbursed employee business expenses from being deductible on the Federal return from 2018 to 2025.&amp;nbsp; Some states however still allow this deduction on the state return.&amp;nbsp; The TCJA is scheduled to sunset in 2025 unless it is extended by Congress.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
