Can I claim the 30% tax credit for the Residential Clean Energy Credit using the online TurboTax Deluxe Edition?

The TurboTax Deluxe online or desktop editions both support entry for a Form 5695, Residential Energy Credits

Yes, you can use the TurboTax Deluxe online version to claim a Residential Clean Energy Credit as well as many other energy related tax credits.

Follow these steps to claim the Residential Clean Energy Credit:

Sign into your TurboTax Online account
Then go to the Deductions & Credits section.
Find the Your Home section.
Select the Start/Revisit /edit button next to the Home Energy Credits section.
On the Energy-Saving Home Improvements screen, answer Yes and then Continue.
Keep going through all of the screens until you come to the questions regarding the residential clean energy/solar panels, etc.
