Premier is desktop software. If you used desktop software then your files are stored on your own hard drive. They are not stored online.

If you save or print your return there should be form 4868 in either the Online version or the Desktop program. For Online save your return with all forms and worksheets. Or you can go to your IRS account and probably get a copy or status.
