nc disaster e-file extension

IRS says I've now got until May 2025 to file, but TurboTax won't let me e-file on November 3rd 2024, says not after October 31st. That I have to print and mail. Must be a way to e-file. Anybody know?

A 2023 tax return cannot be e-filed using the TurboTax personal editions. You would need to find a local tax professional that may be able to use the professional software to e-file a 2023 tax return.

the only issue is the deadline, i think

turbotax is declining to file for that reason

despite leading me to the brink any number of times

never before had (this) problem e-filing from turobotax deluxe

TurboTax has historically closed all e-filing for the current tax year no later than the end of October.
