Last year I bought two sets of TurboTax download products and was not successful in downloading them. Finally I bought one with a CD from OfficeMax, which worked. This is the same thing I had to do in previous years. I'm tired of paying double or triple but at least it worked. This year I can't buy a CD, so I guess I will fine new software that works.

The other tax software companies have also discontinued CD's, so you are faced with the reality of using a download for 2024, whether you use TurboTax or some other software. Not sure why you had issues with the download---what happened? And when you had a problem did you contact customer support or the user forum for help?
