I worked outside the US for more than half a year in 2023, and I paid the taxes in the other country, which has no treaty agreement with the US.

I was holding the green card, and I only had my salary as the income. I got an income summary statement from the foreign employer at the end of 2023.

Should I select General Category Income when I fill form 1116?
