How do I file a non-resident return for Georgia to get a full refund for taxes paid to the incorrect state

In the Personal Info section of the program you will be asked if you made money in any other states, answer Yes and select Georgia as the state.

There will be a Georgia return included along with your resident state return. When asked for the amount income earned in Georgia enter $0. Complete the non-resident return before you complete the resident tax return.
