I e-filed my return with TT in April 2024 and got back a reply the same day that my e-file was accepted by IRS.

So why would TT think that I haven't completed my return??

That is just a mass marketing email sent out by TurboTax. You can disregard the email.

TurboTax's marketing has sent out reminder emails to many users. Many users have more than one account and forget that they have them, so an "old" account could be generating the email. If you know you prepared and filed your return, just ignore the email.
