I purchased Turbo Tax Deluxe for 2019. How do I download using InstallTurboTax.com?

When did you buy 2019? Sorry you will never be able to install or activate the 2019 program with the License Code. The License Code started in 2019. So 2019 needs to connect to Turbo Tax to verify the License Code. But they have stopped supporting 2019. They only support and update the last 3 years and put 2022 in the last years product pages and took off 2019.

Do you need to prepare or file 2019? Or amend it?

This response is INCORRECT.

You can download all your previously licensed downloaded Desktop software. As another reply above said, you need to log into your account. However, the link that other response provided (also available by Googling) does not seem to be working.

I just found the following link to work:

https://accounts.intuit.com/app/account-manager/security

You will see a list of all your previous desktop licenses. It doesn't look like there's a downloadable link, but click on that big mass of information, and you'll find a right-facing arrow show up. Follow that, and you'll find all your previous purchases (of desktop software) listed, with download links for each. I just tested that I was able to download at least as far back as 2017 (doing so in July 2025).

After you successfully log in, look under "Products and Billing" to get to the list of previous years' licensed products that I spoke of above.

@aadro2 You can probably download 2019 but then can you install it and activate it?
