Using the TurboTax online editions -

Click on Federal on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Other Tax Situations

Under Other Tax Forms

On W-4 and estimated taxes, click on start

Using the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home & Business)

Click on Other Tax Situations

Under Other Tax Forms

On W-4 and estimated taxes, click on start
