My 2023 amendment got rejected because of code IND-193-02. Fixed the routing number and resubmitted but no reply. It appears to be a glitch in the software because when I fill in the routing number, it does not register.

That's not a very common code. I'll assume from what you wrote it has something to do with incorrect bank routing number. Do you have the actual text of the error message? I'm not sure what you mean by "does not register."

This is a wild guess, but is it Bank of America by any chance? B of A is known to occasionally cause routing number issues because in some states, it uses a routing number for electronic ACH deposits that differs from the routing number shown on a paper check.
