I am currently in the process of filing a return I have not yet filed and my return is still in the "in progress stage". Am I able to cancel this return

IF you have NOT actually filed yet:

That is likely the software fee for just the Federal..or Federal+State (depending on what version you are using).

IF you wanted to print a copy of your tax file before filing, then that fee is required to e paid first...even if you have not filed yet.
