In the TurboTax CD or download software, all editions include Schedule C. The only difference is in the Step-by-Step interview. Home & Business will give you a more detailed interview and more help for self-employment or business income. But if you were satisfied with Deluxe last year, you should be satisfied with Deluxe this year.

In TurboTax Online, Deluxe and above include Schedule C, but only for income in 1099-MISC box 7 with no expenses. If you have income that was not reported on a 1099-MISC, or you have business expenses, you have to use Self-Employed.
