Tax return is still being processed

Dear TurboTax
My Filed Federal Tax Return and my Filed State Tax Return were accepted but in the section "Refund Status Results" says "Your tax return is still being processed".
How much I have to wait to be approved? I e-filed my 2023 Federal Tax return on 29th of February

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.
