Hello, I completed my federal turbo tax return at the end of January 2024 and I still have not received it via direct deposit. I’ve called the IRS on numerous occasions and all I get is a machine. On the IRS website it states “return received but your return processing has been delayed beyond the normal time frame “. What do you recommend I do?

Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do at this point. There are many reasons why your return may be delayed by the IRS review process. This article lists a few: Top Reasons Your Tax Refund Could Be Delayed.

While you wait, check over your return to see if you find errors or missing information that could explain the delay. Also, be sure you save a copy of your return.
