my agi say my refund would be $5921 I agreed upon $173 for filing fees, but I did not receive $5921-$173= $5758. Instead, l received $5316 so where is my $442. I spoke with irs and they said that l did not owe any federal funds to anyone and that l need to contact me tax Preparer. l was charged $605

To see your fees, go to: Tax Tools and Tools. These are down the left side of the screen in a black border.  Follow these directions. 

Down the left side of TurboTax, click on Tax Tools.
Click on Tools.
Click on My Fees in the center of the screen.

I know what my fees are but I haven't received my refund (filed Jan.28) so therefore can not pay turbotax. Already postponed payment once with an agent

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund. You can call Customer Service again and see if they will postpone your payment again.
