I still have not received my 2022 Tax Refund. I sent an amended return, via TurboTax, on 3/8/23. When I checked Where is my amended return it stated that it was completed on 6/9/23 and I would receive a notification. If I did not receive a notification I could call [phone number removed]. When I called they said they can’t help with refunds and gave me another number to call. When I call that number it is fully automated and just says they have received my tax return and it is being reviewed.

How can I talk with a live person at IRS that may actually help me?

I have received my 2023 refund.
