      <description>&lt;P&gt;My 2023 return was accepted 2-15 and is still showing as processing. No letter from the IRS to say why. I still paid my 4-15-24 estimated tax payment for 2024 but if they have not approved and sent my refund by the 6-17 ES payment due date can I amend my return to have them allocate my refund to estimated payments instead? In hindsight, I should have done this originally but never expected my refund would be delayed so long.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
