      <title>Dependent experience fraud</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, my dependent experienced fraud, so although turbo tax said my taxes were accepted, I have not received a refund due to this. We received a letter in the mail notifying the dependent that there were taxes filed in his name already. He followed directions in the letter by called the IRS fraud department and they said we would need to paper file. What does that mean? Do I print out and mail my completed turbo tax papers?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
