I filed on 2-6 and have not received our refund. Why?

Since your return was e-filed and has been accepted by the IRS, it is subject to their processing times now. You can check "Where's My Refund?" Also, it has been over 21 days so you might try calling their customer service number 800-829-1040 to get an update.
